How Do I Add a Control Measure?


It is important to document Control Measures to ensure processes are put in place to help reduce risks and hazards and maintain safety in the workplace.


  • On the left side menu, go to ‘Settings’, and click ‘R. Assessment Libraries’.
  • Scroll down to ‘Control Measures Library’.
  • Click ‘+ New Control Measure’.
  • Enter the Name, and Description.
  • Select Reduce Hazard severity, Hazard Likelihood, and Control Measure Icon from the dropdown options.
  • Click ‘Save & Submit’.


  • A field with a red asterisk beside it means it is required and you will not be able to complete your work without filling in these fields i.e. control measure name, description, reduce hazard severity by, reduce hazard likelihood by, control measure icon.
